If there's an unusual instance where this isn't possible and you decide to place an order, rest assured, no charges will be applied. We'll get in touch to let you know about the expected restock timeframe or suggest other options if needed.

Feel free to get in touch with us before making a purchase, and we'll gladly connect with our suppliers to confirm stock availability.

Are taps & waste systems included with the baths & basins?

No, taps are not provided with our baths or basins as standard and must sometimes be acquired separately.

Regarding waste systems, in the majority of cases, they are not included with our baths or basins. To confirm whether this applies to a specific product, please consult the individual product pages and specifications.

Do I need a slotted or unslotted waste?

The choice between a slotted and unslotted waste in plumbing is determined by the design and features of the basin or bath. Slotted wastes are designed for use with basins or baths that incorporate an overflow feature. The slot in a slotted waste allows excess water to drain away, preventing overflow. On the other hand, unslotted wastes are utilised in situations where there is no built-in overflow in the basin or bath. This solid waste prevents water drainage in the absence of an overflow.

Is it possible to install taps on all types of baths?

Taps can be installed on a selection of our baths, but this installation will need to be carried out on-site. For more details about which baths allow for tap installation, kindly refer to the dedicated product pages for further insights.

Can my floor handle the weight of the baths?

The weight of the baths can be located within the Specification tab on the individual product pages. Prior to making a purchase, we strongly advise you to thoroughly assess this information. This ensures that your flooring can handle the weight effectively. Also, remember that our delivery is kerbside only, so make sure you have enough help to move the bath where you want it.

Can I come and view the products before making a purchase?

We are a online retailer and only offer online purchases, we do not have a store or a show room to visit, however if you do need any further information before placing an order, please don't hesitate to contact our experienced sales team.

Feel free to connect with us via our contact page, and we will make every effort to address your questions relating to your concern. What days do you deliver? Will my order be delivered over the weekend?

Our courier service runs Monday - Friday (not inclusive of Bank holidays), please view our delivery policy for further information.

Are products available for collection?

Unfortunately, we only offer online purchases and do not have a physical location for product collection.

Why have my orders been sent separately?

We partner with different suppliers and brands, but we don't have products in stock ourselves. If your order has items from different suppliers, they will be sent separately. Sometimes, we might also send parts of an order separately if they take different amounts of time to arrive.

Do you offer a collection service for 'old' bathroom products that are being replaced with your new items?

At this moment in time, this is unfortunately not a service that Beyond Bathing provides.

Can I return my products?

You have the option to return any unwanted items within a 14-day period for either a refund or a replacement. This is applicable as long as the items are in an unused and saleable condition, housed in their original, undamaged packaging. For more information in regards to refunds please visit our delivery & returns page.

My product has arrived damaged what should I do?

Contact our support team immediately at support@beyondbathing.co.uk or within the next 24 hours of receiving the delivery so we can promptly assist you and open an insurance claim on your behalf. In the rare event that any discrepancies or damages occur during delivery, we strongly recommend taking photographic evidence to support any potential claims. Your peace of mind is important to us, and this documentation can assist in resolving this issue.

What is a restocking fee?

Some suppliers charge a restocking fee for returning items you don't want. This fee can be as high as 25% of your order's cost. While we cover most of this fee, there might be cases where you need to pay a share to return the items. This fee is taken out of your refundable amount. Before you buy, feel free to contact us to learn more about any potential fees.

What is the difference between manual & thermostatic radiator valves?

Manual valves require you to adjust the temperature by hand, essentially turning them on or off to control the heat in a room. It's a hands-on approach where you need to regulate the temperature yourself. On the other hand, thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) simplify things by having a built-in thermostat. With TRVs, you set the desired temperature, and the valve automatically adjusts to maintain it.

What is the difference between the classic & pro ice tub chillers?

Deciding between the UltiM Classic and Pro chillers? Here's the breakdown:

Classic: Eco-friendly standby mode kicks in when idle, but temperature fluctuates by 4 degrees. Perfect for home use with occasional sessions.

Pro: Constant operation maintains precise temperature all day, ideal for busy commercial settings. Reaches one degree colder (3°C) but consumes more energy.

Both feature self-cleaning and filtering, so choose based on your temperature control needs and energy efficiency priorities.

What are the benefits of using ice baths?

Some of the potential benefits include reducing muscle soreness, improving recovery time, decreasing inflammation and improving circulation.

It’s important to note that ice baths are not suitable for everyone and can be uncomfortable or even dangerous for some individuals. It’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new recovery routine.

In addition to physical benefits, these ice baths may have mental health benefits. Use of an ice bath may help improve your mood and increase mental alertness.

Who are suitable for ice baths?

Ice baths are suitable for most people, most of the time, however we recommend to take a cautious approach and we would advise that people with reduced mobility, sensory, and/or cognitive abilities only use ice baths if supervised and only if they have the knowledge necessary to use the equipment safely, as well as to understand the dangers arising from improper use.

Tolerance to cold water varies from person to person and we recommend being mindful of gradually building up the duration of use with the ice bath and be cautious when using it alone.

Children must be supervised near the ice bath to make sure they do not play with the equipment and do not carry out operations to be performed by adults (cleaning cycles/maintenance). Always attach the cover when not in use. Small children are not advised to use an ice bath

Pregnant women should talk to a doctor first, low temperatures are not advised. Anybody under medical care, such as people with heart conditions, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or other health problems must not use the ice bath without first consulting their doctor. People with infectious diseases should not use the ice bath without first consulting their doctor.

Can I use the ice bath after drinking alcohol?

Do not use the ice bath after drinking alcohol or taking recreational drugs. The use of alcohol or drugs can greatly increase the risk of fatal hypothermia.

How long should I stay in an ice bath for?

The amount of time you can spend in cold water without suffering from hypothermia is determined by the water temperature, your body size and shape, your level of cold adaptation and your experience, among other factors. Check with your doctor as relevant. Start with safe, short dips of 30 seconds to learn what your limits are. If you begin to feel uncomfortable or you start to shiver, listen to your body, get out and slowly warm up by walking around. If you like, you can check the water temperature before entering the bath, to ensure that it is at temperature that is suitable for your experience in cold exposure. The temperature of the water is displayed as default on the control panel.
